A) Sure, please click here to order. To complete the order you will need the school or league name, head coaches last name, team name and /or jersey color.

A) We offer a satisfaction or money back guarantee. Simple return your photos to our Illinois office and a refund will be made. A) If pictures are being mailed directly to your home, 4-5 weeks. If pictures are distributed through your league/school, 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately, some leagues and coaches are more prompt than others in distributing them to their teams.

A) If you call us before 2:00 pm the next working day after picture day, we can complete that order with no late fee; but only with Visa/MasterCard payment.

A) We prefer separate checks, but if you do write just 1 check, please indicate on the envelopes with no payment, where the check is located e.g. check is in John Frank's envelope/Bears/Division 3. A separate payment envelope is necessary for each child purchasing pictures.

A) Without a payment envelope, we do not know if athletes want to be photographed individually. We forward payment envelopes 2-3 weeks before picture day whenever possible. We also bring "extra" payment envelopes for parents to complete, if you have forgotten on picture day. We do not have change on picture day, so cash, check or Visa/MasterCard will be necessary.
